The name of the hotel derives from the garden that was built as the Norman king of Sicily, Ruggero the 2nd ordered to do. It extended until the sea and the neighbourhood of Altofonte and Monreale, site of the wonderful cathedral. 

Genoard means paradise of land; this is the philosophy that led to build this hotel , a peaceful place provided of every comfort for holidays, leisure, and business.

The restaurants and the garden are the  ideal settings for events and meetings. The restaurant , the bar, the swimming pool ,the wide car park (outdoor or inside) are the other places of the hotel. Moreover, an Spa has to be built.
